With these crazy -30c temperatures the Bow River here in Calgary is steaming cold in the sunlight.
Hoar Frost Rough-legged Hawk
How cold was it, between -30 & -40c with the crazy windchill! This rough-legged hawk had not only blood around his face but also a bunch of hoar frost.
