Under what looked like an old farm house floor that had collapsed lived 7 young (or kit) red foxes. Mom must have been very busy trying to feed all these hungry mouths. But ground squirrels seem to be everywhere, so they all seemed quite content, including mom. Photographing these pups was a joy, some very shy, others hiding in the shadows of the den.
